Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running a Jersey Mike’s location. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and uphold the Jersey Mike’s experience with strong customer service.

The role requires 18+ years old, 1 year QSR experience preferred, Serve Safe certification, and reliable transportation. You’ll handle cash, lead a small crew, and help open/close the store in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
