Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations alongside the General Manager. You will direct the team during shifts, uphold SOPs, and ensure guest satisfaction while driving sales and minimizing waste. The position requires at least 1 year of leadership or related experience, availability for early mornings or evenings, and being 18+. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Coach and develop Team Members on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and store orders.
• Communicate effectively to manage shift priorities and tasks.
