Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant GM. You will guide the team, communicate goals, and ensure guest connections and clean execution during shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts in partnership with store leadership.
• Drive guest satisfaction and team engagement during shifts.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on shift.
• Coach and develop Team Members in real time.
• Handle administrative tasks and inventory as assigned.
