Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to help run daily store operations in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will maintain the store’s look, guide the team toward guest satisfaction, and ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on every shift.

You’ll train and coach Team Members, manage tasks like inventory and deposits, and communicate priorities clearly to keep the day moving smoothly. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
