Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Denver, NC is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations on a shift-by-shift basis. You will partner with the GM/AGM to ensure clear goals, product quality, cleanliness and strong guest connections throughout the shift.

The role requires leadership experience in a service environment, flexible hours including early mornings, and a commitment to empowering the team while maintaining Caribou’s core values and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service roles.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Verify store execution of SOPs and quality standards.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members in real time.
• Assist with inventory, deposits and store operations as assigned.
• Support General Manager and Assistant Manager on daily store goals.
