Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Huntersville, NC seeks a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and uphold brand standards on the floor. You will lead and motivate the team, ensure smooth shift execution, and maintain an inviting coffeehouse atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 6 months of leadership experience or training to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Flexible availability to support business needs, including different days/times/shifts when required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of Team Member responsibilities with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Leads shifts to keep energy high and the shift on track while upholding brand standards.
• Optimizes product sales, manages waste, and maintains a clean, inviting environment.
• Coordinates deployment, communicates roles, and ensures smooth shift flow.
• Trains and coaches team on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
