Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence and excellence.
• Leads shifts with a focus on energy, engagement, and keeping the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a welcoming coffeehouse environment.
• Communicates deployment, roles, and shift priorities on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Takes ownership of the shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next team.
