• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on brand standards, guest connections, and team direction.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Ensure standard operating procedures, cash handling, and store safety are upheld.
• Oversee tasks like bank deposits, inventory, and product orders with integrity.
