Job summary

Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team at a busy location in Kissimmee, FL. You will coach staff, ensure high-quality food, and uphold the Jersey Mike’s experience with great customer service.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of QSR experience, ServSafe certification, and reliable transportation. You’ll work 38-40 hours per week and lead a crew of 2–5 people, keeping the store clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
