Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring a Shift Leader to support the management team in running a Jersey Mike’s location. You will coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure high-quality food, handle cash, and uphold sanitation standards while leading a small crew of 2 to 5 teammates.

The role requires 38–40 hours per week, reliable transportation, and a commitment to a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Compensation is to be discussed with the franchisee.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer/handle equipment.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler recommended.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Move and transport up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Support management in daily store operations.
• Deliver Jersey Mike’s customer service experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the restaurant.
• Open and close the store procedures.
• Lead a crew of 2–5 team members.
