Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team in running a Jersey Mike’s location. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food, manage cash handling, and uphold safety and sanitation standards daily.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in QSR and a Serve Safe certification, plus reliable transportation. You’ll help open/close, lead by example, and contribute to local marketing efforts in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 Year QSR experience preferred
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Must have reliable transportation
