Jersey Mike's Subs in Indianapolis is seeking a reliable Shift Leader to support the management team in running the location. You will coach staff, help deliver high-quality food, and provide the Jersey Mike’s experience with a friendly, attentive attitude.

This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include cash handling, opening and closing duties, enforcing policies, maintaining cleanliness, and motivating a 2–5 person crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
