Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in Decatur, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to support store management, coach the team, and ensure high-quality food and exceptional guest service. You will help drive daily operations in a fast-paced environment and lead by example in delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience.

Responsibilities include coaching, cash handling, opening/closing, sanitation, and staff development while maintaining a strong guest-focused culture and teamwork across the crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Produce high quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike’s experience.
• Cash handling and records management.
• Open/close the store; manage 2–5 crew.
• Lead by example in food quality and customer interactions.
• Enforce policies and procedures; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Train staff and develop for career growth.
