Applicants should have 1+ year supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, pass food safety certification, and maintain high communication and problem-solving skills. This on-site role involves standing 8-9 hours and occasional lifting, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification (IL within 30 days).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; problem-solving ability.
• Must be able to stand 8-9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18+ and meet food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed.
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards.
• Count drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream).
• Comply with health and safety standards for food and cleanliness.
• Restock food line and cooler.
• Clean tables, counters, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and utensils; take out trash.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Address customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
