Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to stand 8-9 hours and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks with feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards maintained.
• Count cash drawers and follow cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products and maintain food safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Other duties as assigned.
