Job summary

Jersey Mike's Subs in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and outstanding customer service. You will coach staff, handle cash, and help maintain clean, sanitary conditions while upholding Jersey Mike’s standards.

The role requires 38-40 hours per week, reliability, and ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Training and growth opportunities are available within the store network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.
