Jersey Mike’s Subs is seeking an experienced Shift Leader for our day shift in D'Iberville, Mississippi. You will lead a fast-paced team, coach staff, and ensure high standards of food safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is required.
• Experience as shift leader, supervisor, or manager preferred.
• Must be dependable and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach and hold team accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during daily shifts.
• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service.
• Ensure sandwiches and other menu items meet Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Assign tasks and keep team productive.
• Handle opening and/or closing shift responsibilities.
• Assist with cash handling and register procedures.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, and freshness.
• Help train and develop new and existing team members.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Support management with inventory, prep, and daily restaurant operations.
• Set the example for teamwork, urgency, cleanliness, and hospitality.
