Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members during daily shifts.

• Assign tasks and keep team productive throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant.
• Handle opening/closing shift responsibilities.
• Assist with cash handling and register procedures.
• Monitor food quality and portioning.
• Train and develop new and existing team members.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Support management with inventory and daily operations.
• Set an example for teamwork, urgency, cleanliness, and hospitality.
