• Prepare fresh subs per Jersey Mike's standards and maintain food safety.
• Coach, support, and develop Crew Members; assist with onboarding and training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment; monitor food quality and standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing tasks; assist with inventory and waste control.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally; support the General Manager.
