Jersey Mike's Subs is hiring a Shift Leader to support the management team in running a busy Jersey Mike’s location. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food and excellent customer service, and help grow daily sales while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

The role requires you to lead by example, manage 2–5 crew members, and perform opening/closing tasks with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe/Food Handler certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in opening/closing duties and keep the store clean.
• Deliver high quality food and exceptional customer service.
• Lead a team of 2–5 staff to ensure fast, friendly service.
• Slice bread and perform prep work for orders.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
