Job summary

Harri is hiring a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, delivering a “Sub Above” guest experience and leading by example with exceptional service and a strong work ethic.

You will train, coach, and motivate team members while upholding Jersey Mike's standards for food quality and safety in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the General Manager and requires reliability and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service.
• Leadership experience or readiness for a leadership role.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with positive leadership and create exceptional customer service.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience aligned with brand standards.
• Prepare fresh subs and ensure food quality and safety are maintained.
• Coach, support and onboard crew members during shifts.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe dining environment.
• Oversee shift execution, including opening and closing duties.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and waste reduction.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
