Job summary

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking a friendly Shift Leader for our Fishers location. This part-time role keeps fast-paced service running smoothly, leading team members, and helping ensure top quality sandwiches and customer care.

Earn between $17.25 and $17.75 per hour plus digital tips, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, and commuter program. Applicants must be 18+, pass food-safety certification, and thrive in a busy kitchen.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• A minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• You meet all Food Safety requirements within your state and must pass a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including efficient task assignments while providing feedback.
• Ensure all security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and handle cash using proper procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock, clean, and manage supplies; operate the cash register and address customer concerns.
