Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Meet Food Safety requirements and obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts and assign tasks with feedback.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count drawers and balance cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock lines, clean surfaces, and handle customer issues professionally.
