Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group in New York seeks a Shift Leader to support the RGM and run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, resolve problems quickly, and guide teammates to service standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Able to perform basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong math, accounting basics, and analytical decision-making.
• Able to walk and lift up to 50 lbs; stand for 80% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts to support the RGM and ensure self-sufficient operations.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and guide team as needed.
• Work with a franchisee as independent employer; follow local wage/benefit structures.
• Promote flexible scheduling and ensure safety standards.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
