Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group operates Taco Bell franchises in the Albany area and is looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to run shifts and support the RGM. You will take ownership of challenges, guide team members, and strive for smooth service and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications include 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic computer literacy, and solid math/analytical skills. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and potential bonuses.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
