Hospitality Restaurant Group in New York is seeking a Shift Leader for our Taco Bell franchise. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, run great shifts, and take ownership of problem-solving while guiding team members throughout busy periods.

Candidates should have 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, be at least 18, have basic computer literacy, and possess strong math and analytical skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 80% of the shift.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
