Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee in New York, seeks a Shift Leader to run great shifts, own operations, and support the RGM.

Lead a team, resolve issues, and benefit from a shift differential for closers, plus PTO, health insurance, 401(k) matching, tuition support, meal discounts, and flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to stand for 80% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background checks are required for management positions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
