Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh subs and ensure quality aligns with Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate Crew Members during each shift.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe restaurant environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall operations.
