Qualifications

• Leads shifts with energy, keeps the team engaged, and maintains the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting coffeehouse environment.
• Knows the day's deployment and roles, communicating clearly on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Reads team needs, prioritizes competing tasks, and delegates objectives accordingly.
• Owns the decision-making that comes with Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth hand-offs.
