Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a leadership role or trained to take Shift Leader duties.
• Must maintain flexible availability for scheduling needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with brand standards, guest connections, and operations.
• Coach and train team on roles, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and bank deposits.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to SOPs.
• Communicate deployment and delegate tasks to keep shifts moving.
