Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the store meets goals, cleanliness, and SOPs.
• Coach and develop Team Members on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Manage shift operations and communicate priorities to the team.
• Oversee inventory, deposits, and store product orders as assigned.
• Act as Manager on Duty and make timely decisions under pressure.
