Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader in Minnesota to oversee store operations alongside the General Manager. You will guide the team, ensure guest connections, and uphold brand standards during each shift.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the team executes SOP and quality standards.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members.
• Train team on role responsibilities and product knowledge.
• Perform administrative tasks, including deposits and inventory.
• Develop Team Members and discuss career growth.
