Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team and uphold brand standards on each shift in a Minnesota location. You will supervise daily operations, support the General Manager or AGM, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through coaching and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of leadership experience or similar training.
• Must be able to work flexible days/times as business needs change.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and brand standards.
• Ensure smooth shift operations and on-floor execution.
• Coach and train team on responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and safe store procedures.
• Maintain clean, inviting store environment and guest connections.
