Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Shift Leaders may be required to work different days, times, or shifts as business and operational needs change.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Leads shifts with a focus on brand standards, guest connections and cleanliness.
• Manages energy, team engagement and on‑shift performance to make fun happen.
• Oversees sales, waste control and a welcoming store environment.
