Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader in Minnesota to guide the team during shifts, uphold brand standards, and ensure an inviting store environment. You will train team members, manage daily tasks, and play a key role in guest connections and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role, or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Flexible availability to support the needs of the business and team; may be required to work different days/times/shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of every Team Member responsibility with confidence, enthusiasm, and excellence.
• Leads shifts with energy, keeping the shift on track and engaged.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a clean, inviting coffeehouse.
• Knows the day's deployment and roles, and communicates clearly to keep the shift moving.
• Takes ownership of the current shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next shift.
• Coaches and trains the team on responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and guest requests.
• Performs administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and product orders.
