Job summary

Baskin-Robbins Houston is seeking a Shift Leader to coach team members, ensure Brand standards, and deliver outstanding guest service during each shift. This role involves setting goals, assigning tasks, and motivating staff while maintaining food safety and guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to meet operational goals, manage inventory and cash during your shift, and train team members as needed to uphold brand quality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach team members to meet Brand standards and deliver guest service.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals and execution.
• Ensure Brand standards are met during shift including food and beverage preparation.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and training as needed.
• Conduct safety, security and profitability policy checks during the shift.
• Manage inventory during the shift and ensure cash handling follows policy.
• Coordinate with the next Shift Leader to hand off shift duties smoothly.
