Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some hospitality coursework a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain required food handler’s certification.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations, including food quality and service.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage restaurant staff during the shift.
• Train new employees on procedures, guest experience, and standards.
• Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure cash handling and POS accuracy during the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and health/safety compliance across the restaurant.
• Coach team in real time to improve speed, service, and execution.
