Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Tutwiler, AL seeks a Team Leader to assist the GM and AM in running daily operations and delivering a superb guest experience. You will help maintain an invigorating work environment while driving financial objectives.

The role focuses on guest service and shift management, training hourly team members, upholding food quality and safety standards, and ensuring company procedures are followed during each shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Must clearly and professionally communicate with team members and guests.
• Must be able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.
• Must complete formal Shift Leader training provided by the Corporate Training Department.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in daily operation within budget and standards.
• Ensure compliance with food quality, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Oversee shift operations in dining room, service area and kitchen.
• Train and counsel hourly team members on shift.
• Provide the highest level of hospitality to guests at all times.
• Maintain team member schedules and shift reports.
• Ensure promotions, marketing plans and hours of operation are executed per procedures.
