Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to meet quality and sanitation standards.
• Supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff; direct daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Manage inventory and cash handling; reconcile registers at shifts' ends.
• Maintain records in line with policies and laws.
• Lead staff development, reviews, and counseling as needed.
• Perform overtime approvals and adjust schedules as required.
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate company directions.
