Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a Team Leader to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in daily restaurant operations, delivering superb guest experiences and maintaining an engaging work environment while helping the restaurant hit financial goals.

The role focuses on guest service and shift management, training hourly team members, ensuring food safety and quality, and upholding company procedures across dining room, service area and kitchen.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant/retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead by example and train team.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates.
• Adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsabilités

• Assist GM/AM in daily restaurant operation within budget.
• Ensure food quality and service standards.
• Train and counsel hourly team members on shifts.
