Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager or Assistant GM to guide the store during shifts. You will ensure the team understands goals, standards, and guest connections while delivering excellent service.

You will coach Team Members, manage daily operations, uphold SOPs and quality standards, and help develop talent for future growth while maintaining a positive atmosphere and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of the DOING of Team Member with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with fun execution.
• Maximize product sales and waste management on shift.
• Maintain total store vision and look and feel.
• Communicate deployment and roles for the day to the team.
• Provide on-floor coaching and feedback during shifts.
