MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, train staff, and uphold MOD standards. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage shifts, and support program rollouts while modeling MOD’s culture.

You will oversee safety, inventory, and cash handling, collaborating with management to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment for every guest. This is a fast-paced leadership role at a premiere MOD location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or restaurant ops.
• Must mentor or coach others.
• Able to prioritize and decide under pressure.
• 18+ years old and able to work 3 shifts/18 hrs weekly.
• Food safety or alcohol certification within 30 days.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Calm demeanor during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to ensure welcoming, clean, and efficient operations.
• Train new hires and support program rollouts.
• Oversee equipment and online ordering systems.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
• Resolve squad and guest concerns; escalate when needed.
• Manage cash handling and refunds within shift.
• Place inventory orders with GM.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and communicate updates.
• Review emails for squad information.
