Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader in Augusta, GA to direct store operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will ensure clear goals, maintain cleanliness, and uphold brand standards while connecting with guests during your shift.

You will coach Team Members, train on product knowledge, and manage daily tasks including deposits and inventory to support a smooth, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Leads shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction
• Ensures SOPs and quality standards are followed on every shift
• Coaches and gives feedback to Team Members in the moment
• Trains team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions
• Performs administrative tasks such as deposits and inventory
