Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to drive store leadership in partnership with the GM/AGM. You will ensure clear goals, expectations, cleanliness, and guest connections during your shift.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, managing daily operations, and upholding SOP and quality standards while fostering a collaborative team culture and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts that focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction with an unwavering commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Thinks strategically about maximizing product sales and waste management.

• Communicates deployment for the day and assigns roles and tasks.
• Coaches and provides feedback to Team Members to improve performance.
• Trains team on roles, product knowledge and promotions.
• Handles administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory, and product orders.
