Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a leadership role or trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads shifts with a focus on brand standards, guest experience, and safety
• Ensures team understands tasks, roles, and expectations for the shift
• Coaches and trains team on responsibilities, products, promotions, and recipes
• Manages bank deposits, inventory, and product orders with integrity
• Keeps the shift on track, delegates tasks, and supports a smooth hand-off to the next shift
• Maintains a clean, inviting store environment and upholds cash handling procedures
• Delivers strong guest connections and promotes a fun, inclusive culture
