Job summary

This role partners with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager to guide the team, ensuring clear goals, proper product knowledge, cleanliness, and strong guest connections during each shift. The Shift Leader will drive team engagement, guest satisfaction, and adherence to SOPs while coaching staff on performance and product knowledge, including promotions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience is required.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, holidays or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on each shift.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members in the moment.
• Manage administrative tasks like deposits and inventory as assigned.
• Develop team members and discuss growth opportunities.
