Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of the DOING of Team Member with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed on shift.
• Coach and develop Team Members and provide feedback during the shift.
• Perform administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, store orders.
