Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Big Lake, MN is hiring a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the GM/AGM. You’ll direct team priorities, coach staff, ensure cleanliness and guest connections, and own the day’s execution from opening to close.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Coach team members on SOPs, product knowledge and service standards.
