Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Excelsior, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store performance in partnership with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager. You will ensure the team clearly understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, and guest connections during each shift.

You will coach and develop team members, own shift outcomes, and uphold SOPs and quality standards while maintaining an energetic, service-driven environment. This role offers growth within a community-focused brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks with integrity, including deposits and inventory.
