Job summary

Caribou Coffee in St. Louis Park, MN is hiring a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the GM/AGM. You’ll ensure the team understands goals, standards, and guest connections during the shift while upholding SOPs and quality.

Lead by example, coach Team Members, manage daily tasks, and help grow sales and guest satisfaction. This role requires 18+ and at least 1 year of leadership or customer service experience, with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed on the floor and in service.
• Coach and develop Team Members to bring their best performing and behaving on shift.
• Trains team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotional items.
• Perform administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, and store product orders.
